The company management, aware of the importance and the need to provide its customers with quality products and services that comply with the requirements and, in commitment to the pursuit of human health principles, operational safety, environmental protection, pollution prevention, conservation of the natural resources, improvement of quality, public safety and protection of the community, has established an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Safety in accordance with the requirements contained in international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Tecnoindustrie srl, through the application of the Integrated Management System aims:

– To increase customer satisfaction by monitoring their needs and expectations in order to pursue the continuous improvement of processes and products made in line with market requirements by eliminating the non-conformity and/or complaints;
– To ensure environmental protection, pollution prevention and conservation of natural resources in all sectors and activities of the company;
– To safeguard the health of employees and stakeholders exposed to the dangers associated with their activities.

To achieve these goals the management is committed:

a) To plan a proper development of internal and external courses for the training and formation of the operational personnel;

b) To ensure that the planning, the conservation, the implementation and the reviews of the I.M.S. are conducted at all relevant levels and business functions in order to meet the general requirements set by international standards, to achieve its objectives and to ensure the continuous suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the System;

c) To ensure the efficiency and cogency of its processes and services and/or assigned to third parties in respect of delivery times, meeting the expectations of its customers, through the assignment of tasks and responsabilities (always defined and communicated inside the Organization), adequate communication, working methods, control/monitoring plans and requiring suppliers to align the same standards;

d) To promote the corporate image through their employees and the way they relate to and deal with this customer;

e) To prevent accidents and occupational diseases by a careful risk assessment, to control exposure to toxins, carcinogens, noise, etc., to promote and implement every initiative designed to minimize risks and remove the causes that might jeopardize the safety and health of its employees and other workers on site, to ensure secure and healthy job and by applying the best available technologies;

f) To promote environmental sustainable development, through continuous attention and commitment to improve the performance of the facilities and services by reducing emissions in the air, water and soil, a responsible and conscious use of natural resources, the prevention and reduction of hazardous waste production as well as the proper management of operations related, and a prior assessment of environmental impacts caused by any new activity and process.

Tecnoindustrie , knowing that to achieve the objectives above the active contribution of all the staff is decisive, will be developing a continuous stream of information, sensibilization and tergeted training to promote the integrated policy among staff, their suppliers and customers.

This policy will be the constant reference, in the context of periodic reviews, to assess the results achieved and to identify new ones in line with the company’s approach aimed to the continuous improvement of process performance.
